This is very much a learn by practicing technique. The more you do it, the better you get at it. I’d try and find a time in the day when you can practice it. Try and do it at least once a day, and whenever it comes up in your routine.
I fell asleep
It help me to gain my thoughts back and being present. It take practice, but it’s worth it.
Maybe you’re already thinking about this but something that was very helpful for me was to practice on not judging myself when my thoughts was drifting. I easily started to judge myself when my mind drifted but a friend told me to look at it like I could just gently shift my focus back without judgement. That together with practise, even for a few breaths here and there helped me to start to benefit from mindfulness.
My issue is that I struggle to ejaculate. I can go for awhile.

I’m in the same boat. Think it’s about release As strong lower ab/ pelvic floor muscles and tire opposite of calm , strong focus, is the issue. It’s just calm we’re looking for and flow.
