There were a lot of auditory distractions while I was doing this exercise, so it gave me some practice with refocusing on my breath after my attention was diverted

I struggled with focusing this time. But it was relaxing

Despite initial skepticism, I feel proud of myself for putting in the time and effort! I will continue to stay consistent. My future self will thank me.

Thinking/saying the words here and now is very helpful. Being present is really the key to this.
