It was great. I’ve noticed I need minimum of 10 minutes to fully allow my body to relax.

Yes I usually do 5, but 10 helped more. Did it before bed and I feel calm and sleepy

Not sure, I’ll do it because that’s what Mojo tells me to. I suppose I do feel calmer…

It was good, did it in the morning. Feeling calmer and little bit sleepy

Yes. This is a very useful tool on my journey.

Feel calmer for sure. I love feeling energized by a deep inhale, but conversely it’s nice to feel relaxed from a long exhale

The exhale really slows reality down

It was good to be able to just focus on my breathing to help distract me from my monkey brain for a moment. I do feel calmer and more relaxed.
