Works well i think. I will return to this to let go of work stress so I can get onto the good stuff!

Yes. It helped. I feel rested and recharged all at once.

I feel calmer and more focused. This is definitely one of my more favorite breathing / meditation exercises.

I feel alive and real. I felt this overwhelming darkness lift off or pass through my head as I was focusing on it and was wondering why it was there. I believe the more I focus on my thoughts and see how I’m feeling/doing with them the better I will experience if e and the naturally positivity I have inside me

Definitely decompressing. Feeling zen, but might be the head rush of breathing deeply!

Not as relaxing as some of the other exercises but I find it easier to focus on it rather than my mind wandering

I found it difficult at first - however it was relaxing.

I enjoyed it. I think I might use this more often when I’m getting overwhelmed at work

I feel centered and calm. My stress hasn’t gone completely, but it a lot less noticeable after the meditation.

It helped me feel relaxed and assured. I feel like I can continue to block in on this feeling.
