Was it easy to keep your attention on sensation?

What came up when you took the goal off the table?

Did anything feel different from your usual masturbation routine?
Yes, I found it easier to focus on sensation. I developed more sexual energy using this practice rather than my usual masturbation routine
Surprised how hard I got going so slowly and soft. Two hands was also a game changer
Great exercise, i started to focus on the goal of getting an erection and then managing to switch back to focusing on sensation
I still go to my head about assuming the few times I had good sex and a pornographic scene that I liked I get harder I also enjoyed the sensation but it’s getting better
I came close to ejaculation a couple of times but was able to contain it.
I found my mind drifting to different erotica thoughts during the process and wasn’t too sure if that was triggering my arousal vs touch
This was my second time doing this exercise and this time found myself purely getting hard through touch. My erection came and went in the second half of the session but I continued to focus on pleasure and then the erection came back. Pretty cool!
It felt great. Very different to my usual habits!

Surprisingly good thought it’d be overwhelming but it wasn’t
That was great, very different to my usual routine and very different erotic thoughts

Felt reassuring to know that when thoughts alone didn’t make it hard at all, just some exploratory touch did

Worked really well this course is helping a lot
That was amazing got really hard and it broke some of my patterns like not holding my breath, responding to broader stimulus etc

Was slow to get hard but once I was there, was good to maintain it for longer with varying touch
That was relaxing… the two handed stroke… would like to understand more how that goes… need more explanation … curious what the purpose is… knowing the technique might help
Remarkable. I was skeptical going in, but the practice really did work!
