Can feel a bit clearer in the head after this technique. Still struggle with the focus of it early on but can get into a rhythm easier than in the past

I think I like box breathing a bit better but it feels like a similar concept. Slow deliberate breathing to lower stress levels and bring you out of whatever you’re dealing with
