Is this issue common?

So I’ve got a problem where if I get hard, soften up, and then get hard again, I ejaculate pretty much the instant I get hard again. Even if I wasn’t close to finishing before I softened up. Is this normal, does anyone else have this issue? How do u get around this? Mojo doesn’t rly mention this
