I’ve been hearing about keagles for awhile. I’ve tried to learn the technique myself but don’t feel.im doing them correct. Any advice or resources?
Are you trying to maintain erection or prevent premature ejaculatuon? For maintaining erection strength, you need to simply tense/squeeze the muscles in your penis/anus area, like you are trying to hold in pee. Tense, hold for 5 seconds release. Do this maybe 5 times at a time, a few times a day. It can be done anywhere.
When it comes to PE, you need focus on reverse kegels, which can be a little harder. You need to do the inverse of regular kegels and relax these muscles, like you are gently trying to pass gas or push out pee. If your stomach is engaged while doing this, then you are pushing too hard. For Reverse kegels its better to incorporate it into certain stretches (look on youtube) that make it easier to target the area, along with a deep belly breath to push down on the diaphragm to help “open” the muscle, and visualisation techniques, like a flower blooming.
