I think its by person. My previous partner didn’t find it that arousing at all. But my wife now absolutely loves it. I’m not sure it’s something you build.It’s just something that you either have or don’t have, enjoy or don’t enjoy. Nothing wrong with not being able to orgasm from nipple play.
