For the better part of my adult life, I’ve struggled with performance anxiety, and as of late it’s compounded by issues reaching orgasm.
I’ve used the pills to assist with the ED, but it seems I get so focused on the performance aspect that the arousal leaves my body and I can’t finish. Super frustrating, sex can take forever, with multiple start/stops before I find the mental space to allow myself to finish.
I’m 48, single, lifting heavy 3-4x a week, and am lucky enough to find myself with what I consider incredibly hot women that I’m incredibly attracted to.
I cut out porn and masturbation over a month ago but so far no dice.
Any suggestions?
I still struggle with DE. I’m getting over PED also….
Newish GF, getting comfortable (1 yr…)
Lately It’s like I get in a rhythm and I watch her… I really like to watch her wiggle, spaz and cum! I usually get her off a few times orally, fingers or a combo with a toy before my boxers come off… THis gives me the mental advantage like- ‘She’s already cum several times, If the dick doesn’t cooperate, she’s already warm butter and will drift off to sleep in seconds…
Back to DE- I focus on her sexy parts. I love watching her tits move, seeing her feet and legs in the air is also a turn on.. I was hooked on porn for a long time and I’m also very visual… So I tend to focus on sights. I also am feeling comfortable enough to be vulnerable with her and that helps. One time in a year, I’ve cum in her mouth. She was blowing me and was playing with my nipples of all things…
That’s the situation I’m finding myself in, 38 ok health wise, did bloodwork testosterone is normal but on the lower end , 10.8 when 8 is lowest normal. Didn’t have the finishing issue 2 years ago, if anything was concerned about too quickly, honestly I’d prefer that right now then the issue crossing the finish line. I’ve got a urologist referral pending cause I noticed when we are doing it I’ve got very diminished sensation, like if I were to close my eyes id never know that things were going on, wasn’t “catching that edge” on thrusts. That’s my situation anyways. If being my own Google doctor gets me anywhere , likely issue is pudendal nerve compression, I work from home so sitting a lot, which does have an effect on sensations down there. Not sure if you’re going through anything similar
