What has helped the most

I’m new to this program just curious from other members. What has helped the most out of this program are there certain parts that you could tell that made the difference in your ed I dont see where you can talk or chat with anyone I don’t think I can do the group call in due to it’s time during the day because of work would be good to have a chat room
