I’ve been porn free for close to 7 weeks. I’m currently in flatline. Problem is I’ve been dating someone for the last month-ish, things are starting to get physical and I’m in flatline. Twice we’ve tried and twice I’ve failed. So, for those of tou who have been through it, how long did your flatline last?
Assuming “flat line” means something to do with either PE or ED?

Not.my forst experience, but my first new partner in 16 years. Flatline has to do with your brain rewiring after a pirn addiction. You pretty much have a dead dick no matter how much you want it to work. It comes back but depending on the severity of your addiction can take up to a year to be back to normal
Try the guided masturbation exercises. You’re rewiring your brain so it helps to get in touch with your sexual energy away from anything to do with porn. Be patient and remember that you don’t know what will happen tomorrow or the next day or even later today. You’ll get through the flatline. I’ve been there and it sucks, but you’ve got this!
