Was it easy to build a scene? Could you stay inside the fantasy, or did your mind pull you out? What did you notice?
I was mostly able to stay in the scene as a voyeur. I felt a modest degree of arousal but it seemed odd to share the fantasy on an app.
I noticed it was fairly easy to get into my scene. I ended up with a quick pacing heart, quickened breath, and 9/10 hard.
It was challenging to focus on one scene. I am guessing I need to practice more.
I got into my head like I usually do to do it perfect
I did remember a situation I was in recently but 45 seconds was too little to get too excited
I was able to extend a fantasy I thought about with me as the main character which was exciting
Not gonna lie I am gay as hell and the woman’s voice for this exercise just made me giggle uncomfortably the entire time

At times I got pulled out thinking about whether I was getting hard, but I was able to go back into the fantasy
I focused on what turns me on about my wife and was able to stay in the fantasy
I had mixed success. Worked for a while but I struggled to relax
Sometimes it is but this is all about levels of arousal and emotions/feelings prior to imagining
