Whatever your relationship status, how do you feel about discussing erection issues or early climax with a partner?

It has proven very difficult. I need get stronger and have the conversation much earlier

She like it when we climax together

It’s best to discuss possible solutions to the issues, rather than the issues alone. My partner seem to be only concerned with what would be helpful for me to get and stay hard I noticed. And it worked out for us both. I got hard and had a decent orgasm after our prior conversation about what I wanted to help get me fully aroused.

I could be more open with my partner. Like “hey I’m still having some anxiety around being able to last more than a couple of minutes, but I really want to try and connect tonight and see where it goes”. Versus keeping it all to myself and trying to push though it.

It was a little awkward, but I’ve had this conversation with a new partner, and it really did make us much closer, immediately. And with the pressure off, and that feeling of connection, things actually went really well a few minutes later. I don’t always have the courage to be that open, but remembering that situation reminds be that it’s better to try.

I feel that it would help me to feel more comfortable with the person by being open and transparent. Owning the issue and expressing myself with calm and confidence is a key point I would like to work on

I discussed this with my new partner the first time we were intimate. I was unable to keep an erection that time, but we still continued with the intimacy and it was a beautiful experience

I discussed with my long term ex and she was understanding, but the most recent ex made me feel humiliated!

Depends on the partner. Some are easy going. Others are hard to talk to

Its hard to talk about last linger and relaxe while sex! With my long term gf inwill try again speak about this. I tryed sometimes but not directly

I did this for the first time ever with my current partner and it had been amazing. Such a load off of my chest and it made me feel a lot better, she’s been super supportive. I told her this before we ever had sex but had done other stuff

I don’t mind discussing this topic as it is just me. I am trying my best to rectify the issue with exercises and Mojo and hopefully it will help sooooooo much more!

I recently opened up to my wife after doing this exercise and it dawned on me that I don’t think I’ve ever had sex where I was just in the moment and not worrying about my performance

Same.
I recently told my fiance. I go from playing and connecting… to performing and trying to prove my worth as a man.

Im getting married soon and my performance anxiety has come back with a vengeance. I told my fiance it’s not her and that my nervous system correlates marriage with abandonment (from my ex wife) and I’m just kind of in fight or flight mode. I don’t think she understands, but she listened.

Since having kids, sex changed significantly and that led to performance anxiety and stress coming back with a vengeance. It’s been difficult discussing with my partner even though we have been together a long time. I finally recently talked about it openly and it helped so much, even though it felt awkward for me

It was really difficult with my partner at first, but once we realized what was going on we were able to discuss it comfortably.

Then, with my girlfriend, I was open from the start and she was very supportive. It made it easy, not because it was perfect but because when it happened again, she supported me.

I started having issues in my last relationship. I guess it would be difficult to talk about it with someone new. I understand the idea of releasing some anxiety but she might wonder why I talk about this when we barely know each other, maybe she’s not even thinking about having sex with me. Starting the subject is probably a good idea, but when?..

It might be ok. She is a very kind and understanding person, though it is an early one right now.

It will be fine. We have been together for a while. It will difficult about trying new things
