Men who have discipline to not go for immediate gratification, can grind for weeks months or years knowing that the road is long but the payoff is worth it.

Men who are authentic. Who have no problem admitting there weaknesses and facing them head on already knowing there strengths. Men who also don’t look outward for any type of approval or notoriety.

My biggest male role model was my sensei. He was a 79 y/o zen monk with a 13 and a 16 y/o son. He was a farmer and taught aikido. He was my first real experience of a self actualized man.

Men who love and are devoted to their girlfriend/wife. Who would never cheat or commit domestic abuse physically and emotionally. Who acknowledge that love and respect come hand in hand. Who are good without being too nice.
