I’ve found doing cardio really helps with my blood flow, and erection strength. Also, had great sex the same day I got a massage. Do stuff that gets your blood pumping, and you’ll be able to pump her!

Exercise definitely helps. I’m still dealing with the mental aspect of ED, but I can feel a physical difference in my erection when I’m masturbating, if I’ve been exercising regularly. It does feel stronger.
