I felt good. Iβm doing a meditation master event and one of the things theyβre having a stew is focus on a clock in our mind with both of the hands pointed to 12. The one pointedness meditation.

It was much easier and went much quicker than I expected
It was great! I like having the recording. I do it 2 times a day, then belly breaths at night.
