Lots of tension
My jaw and my waste and groin.
My mind wandered some, but I was overall focused on what I was doing. I felt most tension in my jaw and belly but was able to mostly relax those areas along with the rest of my body.
Felt relaxed and sleepy
I struggle with staying present and hold a lot of tension all over my body but mainly in my pelvis which I think can affect me during sex. This exercise and slowing down I think will help
I hold a lot of self judgment and then perceive external judgement even when there isn’t external judgement. If I simple notice my body without judgment, I begin to escape this cycle.
I hold tension in my jaw and neck
I hold tension in my jaw, hips and lower abdominal area. Yes, I have felt tension in my belly just before sex and quadriceps if I am on top.
Yes my mind started to wonder alot and it was hard to bring it back into my body but I could sometimes do that
My mind wandered a bit. Felt a weird like relaxing sensation near the end with breathing though.
My back kinked up when I laid down so initially it was hard to get in the zone. But after listening and simply breathing in and out, I managed to find this very relaxing and something I would definitely do again
I really liked the idea of highlighting the areas where men carry tension. For me it’s my jaw and stomach for sure
My mind did wander though I realised and came back to it. It’s a great way to release the tension. It should help with relaxing and enjoying sex more
