I chose 5 mins but would do longer next time. I didn’t feel there was enough time to get into it between intro/outro/ongoing narration

10 was good, felt really fast so maybe 15 next time
I think it would be wise for me to shoot for 10 minutes next time.
The longer the better
I like the longer sessions but the voice over irritates. They’ve obviously recorded one voice over and then stretched the pauses to make it fit the time frame, which makes sections seems disjointed from each other a long pause in the middle of a sentence to fill 15 mins is a little off putting.
I’d like to do it for even longer than the 15 minutes, but the stretched voiceover is very distracting… it needs to be re-recorded and be natural, not the obvious parsing of sentences like it currently is
I was very distracted this time. However I think the length was right for me at this point. I could see myself getting to the point where I want to do it for longer.

I would do it for more time, I feel much more relaxed.

That’s a perfect amount of time but I’ll probably want to eventually extend to 15 mins.
I meditated for 10 mins today and it felt great. But for a daily meditation I’ll start off with 5 mins for consistency
10 minutes for now is good. I’ve dabbled with Headspace in the past, and found this just as centering. It was good.
5 mins was too short, I’ll aim for 20
I’ll start with 5 and gradually work up to 10. I think I need to figure out the timing of when I do it to ensure consistency
