I’ve been using this app for 3 days, this morning for the first time in years I had morning wood and yesterday had the best sex ever. Even the inner critic made an appearance during it and it didn’t phase me whatsoever. Anyone else finding this app a success so far?

I have so far purely from the first podcast reframing a few things for me about sex. I might revisit the same podcast again at some point too.
