I have been diagnosed with OCD and I believe it is a main indicator of my sexual performance issues. I suffer from pure O and live in my head all day with this. About 80% of the time I can have successful sex but 100% of the time I am in my head days or weeks leading up to my next sexual encounter.
Then when the unsuccessful sexual experience happens 20% of the time it absolutely crushes me and I’m stuck in rumination and compulsive behaviour for days. Can anyone relate to the link between OCD and ED?
hello, i don’t have ocd but i struggle with anxiety.
I’ve seen a lot of post with a lot of replies about ocd playing into ed, so if you scroll through posts you’ll eventually find it and maybe find the answers to your questions.
Always Keep Your head up, u’ll get out of this

I minor in OCD…
I’m also an overthinker.
I’ve been able to get back to an enjoyable sex life with the help of this app. I try like hell to just stay in the moment. It really helps that I was open and honest with my partner about my ed up front. Sex isn’t going to be perfect aside from porn shows us. I came up with a strategy. I take a Rugiet lozenge. (15 min vs hours to go through your system) Often I’ll use a silicone C ring to restrict blood outflow.
I focus on getting her off a couple times before my boxers come off. Then the pressure to get her off is waaay less on my dick. Also 50% of women find get off from fucking alone so I plant a vibe under the pillow to help when she needs it. If I start to go soft- no problem. I just rub it on her clit a while. Drives her nuts and her sounds and reactions usually get me going again….
I’ve gone from not being able to get in to going for 15-20 min. -I’m 54.
Good luck man!
