Mind wandered, but I have some meditaion practice and could gently guide myself back. Definetly the most calming breathing technique so far.
I like multiple counts per breath more. It was hard to stay focused on the counting for this one
Able to stay focused on the breath but the counting felt too fast. Will try without the recording
I feel calmer

Calming and in spite of that I got lost in thought twice in two minutes.
This was the least calming breath exercise I’ve done so far. I feel a little more relaxed but my heart is still beating faster than a calm state.
I felt my mind was somewhere else

I think it was a bit too fast to be calming
Yeah was too fast for me to relax - felt unnatural as hell!
Audio doesn’t match the breaths
My thoughts kept moving from the breathing exercise to elsewhere. I think the audio guide was a little too fast for me.
However, I did feel calm and relaxed after the session.
