Think I prefer box breathing. Less to think about when counting. But this was nice to mix it up.
I wish there was an easier way to get reminders or follow up the days I practice this, independently of the weekly routine.

Has anyone else had withdrawal symptoms as you’ve done these for a week or so? I didn’t know what was happening. apparently, you can have cortisol and other stress hormone withdrawal if youce been in fight or flight for a long time. Wild.

I actually did the 2 min and 5 min version different times the same day

This felt fantastic. At the end of the 5 minutes when I opened my eyes, I couldn’t even remember why I was being anxious or stressing about things.

I noticed my body functions more this time round. Feeling my stomach area contract when exhaling and even a rush of blood to the head, almost headache like when inhaling. I felt a bit tired after that breathing session.
