Relaxed for sure.

Definitely more relaxed after the breathing sessions. Almost fell asleep there.

Not my favorite one so far, felt like forever.

I am feeling much more relaxed. I hope I can remember to practice this or do this when I feel stressed or anxious

Agreed! I like that there’s music for box breathing

I just need to remember to find time during day to practice this is very effective

Relaxing but also felt like a long time for only 5 mins
