Not sure why I find these so difficult, how does anyone even enjoy this? Makes me dizzy and so out of breath I lose focus
It’s strange, I always found breathing exercises almost exhausting when I first started, years ago, but persevering has meant I have started to see benefits
Seemed alright, a little challenging to maintain rhythm but was okay, nothing great or terrible
Today it was hard to relax. This really forced me to focus on my body
The inhale needs to breath quick and deep
I could feel my heart rate increasing a little bit as I only picked two minutes and felt like I had extra pressure to get it right but eventually normalized
Was solid, felt like I was in a flow state
It really empties your mind (worries , concerns)

It relaxes me but wouldn’t say it clears my mind
I was really in tune with my breath and heart rate. My mind wandered a bit
