Very light headed but in a good way

Calm and relaxed

Shoulders and jaw relaxed and normal aches lessened

I feel good. This one I need to practice more for sure. Kept inhaling to mush and running out of seconds.

It was calming for me. It really helps, and oddly some buried emotions came to the surface and i cried. My marriage is really difficult at the moment and these exercises are reducing the cortisol levels and allowing me to empathise more. This is a massive positive.

The more I do this the easier it becomes

I definitely feel more relaxed. I prefer some of the other techniques better though

Feel a little calmer.

Feel a little calmer but had trouble with the exhale.

I do feel like I respond better to the box and triangle breathing exercises. I feel more calmer and have a greater clarity of focus as well.
