Triangle breath

This breathing technique has done very little for me. The inhale was so much shorter than the holds and exhale while following it so I couldn’t get into a steady flow.

I feel very calm now and more aware of my body and breathing.

Keep practicing! I was like that initially, but after some practice it gets better.

Challenge is to remember to do this when stressed. Need to feel comfortable in that space.
