Not sure, couldn’t really get into the rhythm. Prefer the slightly shorter intervals of box breaths
Wasn’t a huge fan, need a slight break between exhale and inhale.
Just focusing on the breath really helped me calm down; typically it’s been tough for me to focus on the breathing exercises, so that’s improvement.
This was my favourite so far.
I felt relaxed. But harder to not let the mind wander during. I find that if I really focus on counting out all the breaths and also on the sensation of my stomach moving as I breathe then I can block everything else out.
It’s not bad but I like the one where the exhale lasts longer
I actually find it hard to inhale for that long.
There should not be a pause after the exhale….fix the audio
